3-Month Warranty Coverage

We offer a 3-month limited warranty on all watches against technical or manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Internal technical issues

  • Movement malfunction

  • Manufacturing faults

The watch must be in proper working condition at the time of claim, except for the reported technical issue.

Warranty Conditions

To claim the warranty:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 months of purchase

  • The watch must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering

  • The original packaging slip / invoice must be provided as proof of purchase

  • The watch must be returned in its original condition (including box if required)

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by water (unless specified as water-resistant)

  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact

  • Scratches on glass, strap, or case

  • Wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue details.

  2. Share clear pictures or videos of the problem.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the inspection process.

  4. If the issue is verified, the watch will be repaired or replaced accordingly.
